Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs, and engaging in ongoing communication with clients. The role also involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and client interactions
- Sales and customer management skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and effectively strategize sales approaches
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a any graduated field
- Willingness to travel as required within the region
