Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Gurgaon. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting SunDot Energy’s solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
CTC: 1.2-1.8 LPA (Fixed) + Sales based Incentives
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales techniques
- Basic understanding of renewable energy systems, particularly solar energy
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Prior experience in sales or renewable energy is a plus
