Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential customers, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and foster long-term relationships
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges creatively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within a consulting or service-based industry is a plus
