Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving solar project sales. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, understanding the solar energy market, presenting solutions to clients, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with the technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Understanding of Solar Energy Solutions or Renewable Energy Markets
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of market analysis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in a sales role within the energy or related sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute)
