Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Singur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting SolarEssentials' products and services, and guiding customers through the purchase process. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and addressing client inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales deals.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to provide clear product knowledge and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic reporting tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is highly desirable.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Singur location and travel to meet clients as needed.
