Shunya Agritech is an innovative agritech start-up dedicated to supporting dairy farmers across India with their animal nutrition requirements. Using hydroponics technology, Shunya offers fresh, chemical-free, and highly nutritious "fodder-as-a-subscription-service 365 days a year. The production takes place in custom-built Growth & Logistics Centers (GLCs), which ensure a controlled and safe environment. Dairy farmers within the GLC's operational areas can conveniently subscribe to fodder via the Shunya digital platform. Shunya’s mission is to simplify the lives of dairy farmers while contributing to improved productivity and higher incomes.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Gurgaon/ Agra Rural / Kanpur Rural. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer engagement, inquiries, promoting Shunya’s fodder subscription services, and maintaining relationships with dairy farmers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting product offerings, explaining subscription benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves gathering feedback from farmers to improve customer experiences and aid in product and service development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer engagement and relationship management
- Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the agriculture or related industries. Freshers also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site and interact with clients face-to-face
- Basic understanding or interest in agritech solutions
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
