Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales for the company’s diverse range of products. Responsibilities include engaging potential and existing customers, preparing sales strategies, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The Sales Associate will also provide product knowledge to clients and work toward achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of industrial products and supplies, including safety equipment, electrical components, tools, and office supplies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and utilizing CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
