We are now looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who can help us grow our hotel booking, corporate travel, group stay, and partner network business.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, generating leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
This role is ideal for someone who has sales experience, is comfortable with field meetings, and wants to grow in the travel, hotel, and hospitality industry.
The selected candidate will work with hotels, travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and internal teams to generate new business opportunities and ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for hotel bookings, group stays, corporate offsites, and travel-related requirements
- Meet hotels, travel agents, corporates, event planners, and key business partners
- Pitch Hotel services and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Negotiate and close the deal with customer.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Identify and onboard new B2b hotel partners & agents
- Share market feedback, client requirements, and lead updates with the team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with a sales-driven mindset
- Comfortable with field sales, agent tie-ups, and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
- Well-organised, proactive, and disciplined with daily reporting
Good to Have
- Experience in hotel sales, travel, tourism, hospitality, events, or corporate sales
- Existing network with hotels, corporates, travel agents, or event planners
- Knowledge of OTA/OTM platforms and hotel booking systems
- Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms
Salary, Training & Growth
- Salary will be between ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
- The first 3 months will be treated as a training/probation period
- Sales Incentives will start after completion of 3 months of training, based on performance and targets
- After successful completion of the training period, the candidate may be confirmed for a permanent role
- Salary increase will be considered after confirmation, depending on performance, discipline, and results
Work Mode & Timings
- Field sales + hybrid + on-site work, as per business requirements
- Flexible working hours
- Candidate must be available for B2B meetings, follow-ups, hotel visits, and internal coordination
Travel Reimbursement
- Travel expenses covered for approved field sales work
- Applicable for B2B meetings, hotel visits, and business development visits
- Local conveyance/fuel reimbursement as per company approval and actual field sales requirement
