Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Guwahati. The Sales Associate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients with jewellery selection, processing transactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The role also includes maintaining store inventory, arranging product displays, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with team members and management to support business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, product knowledge, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with diverse customers effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining inventory and ensuring an impeccable store appearance.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Prior experience in Jewellery Retail or Luxury Sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Educational qualifications: Higher secondary or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- A passion for jewellery and a strong understanding of contemporary and traditional designs is highly beneficial.
