Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role at Senco Gold and Diamonds, located in Gorakhpur. The Sales Associate will support customers by providing a seamless shopping experience, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized assistance in selecting jewelry. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, assisting in transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on jewelry trends and showcasing expertise in product knowledge to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Product knowledge, including familiarity with various types of gold, diamond, platinum, and silver jewelry, and willingness to stay updated on trends.
- Detail-oriented mindset for maintaining visually appealing displays and ensuring proper handling of high-value products.
- Strong communication and language skills to interact with diverse clientele, including proficiency in Hindi and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills for contributing to a positive and supportive store environment.
- Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing customer databases.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Punctuality, dependability, and a customer-first attitude to enhance brand loyalty and trust.
