The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Associate to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is not a role where you’ll be handed warm leads — you’ll build your own pipeline, run tailored product demos, and close deals. If you’re the type of seller who thrives with autonomy, loves the hunt, and gets energy from turning cold prospects into paying customers, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Building & Prospecting
- Build and own your outbound leads engine — identify, research, and engage target prospects (Amazon sellers, brands, and agencies) through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, Loom videos, and other creative outreach channels
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools; manage prospects from first touch through close with disciplined follow-up cadences
- Leverage industry events, webinars, partner networks, and community engagement to generate new business opportunities
Demo & Solution Selling
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that connect SellerMate.AI’s capabilities to each prospect’s specific challenges (e.g., reducing ACoS, scaling ad spend, dayparting optimization, agency workflows)
- Become a product expert — deeply understand our AI recommendations, automation rules, dayparting, reporting, and DSP/AMC capabilities to articulate clear business value
Closing & Revenue
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close subscription deals with urgency and professionalism
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to share market intelligence and improve the customer journey
Qualifications
- Must have - Experience selling to Amazon sellers, brands, or agencies — or working in the Amazon/eCommerce ecosystem
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience of working with Amazon Agencies / SaaS tools
- Proven ability to self-source pipeline — you’ve built your own leads engine before and can show results
- Experience running end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, AMC) or retail media concepts
