Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Pune Division. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key daily tasks include promoting travel services and packages, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and keeping updated on the latest industry trends to provide personalized and competitive solutions. Maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth are central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new sales opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in travel and tourism services is preferred; knowledge of the African market will be an advantage
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong sales skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
