Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their travel needs, provide recommendations for wildlife tours and luxury safaris, manage bookings for Sariska safaris and resorts, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with the team to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Basic knowledge of Indian wildlife, national parks, and tourism industry
- Proficiency in using computer systems and online booking platforms
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
