Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kolkata. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s financial solutions, building and managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and assisting with financial product selection tailored to their requirements. The role requires coordination with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored financial solutions
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Motivated self-starter with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is an advantage
- Fluency in local languages and knowledge of the Kolkata market is preferred
