Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including active listening and relationship-building
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and material handling solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus
- Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is an asset
