Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales Associate to join our team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. This role includes building a strong understanding of market trends, managing client queries, and meeting sales targets. As a critical part of the team, the Sales Associate will actively participate in expanding the company’s customer base while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and customer service
- Market research and trend analysis abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and sales goals
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach
