Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Associate role at RUSBORN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients including students, academic institutions, and industry partners for RUSBORN’s training, design, and research support services. Daily tasks include conducting outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, presenting service offerings, and following up on leads to convert them into enrollments or project engagements. The role involves maintaining a structured sales pipeline, preparing basic proposals or quotations, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and coordinating with training, design, and research teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The Sales Associate will also gather feedback from clients, support marketing campaigns, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling in education, training, or engineering services (or strong interest in developing these skills).
- Good organizational skills, including pipeline management, time management, and accurate record-keeping using CRM or similar tools.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about engineering training, CAD/CAE tools, and design or research services to explain offerings effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs, handle objections, and build long-term relationships.
- Comfort working remotely with self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to meet targets and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as email, video conferencing platforms, and office productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Freshers and experienced both can apply (Preferred candidates who can join immediately)
- Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, or engineering services is an advantage but not mandatory.
