Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in Kota, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, facilitating product inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and representing the company’s products and mission during client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and secure new sales opportunities while maintaining current customer relationships
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proficiency in record management and ability to use CRM or relevant software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the natural stone industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
