Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in south Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, offering tailored property solutions, and conducting property site visits. The individual will drive sales and coordinate with developers to ensure smooth communication and transactions. Additionally, the Sales Associate will handle inquiries, guide customers through the buying process, and maintain a strong knowledge of real estate trends and market insights.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship skills, including client engagement, communication, and negotiation
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property evaluation processes
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools and familiarity with managing customer data
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in real estate sales or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Fluency in English and local languages is highly desirable
