Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting products such as Vedic gemstones and Rudrakshas, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing inventory, handling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering after-sales support, and promoting the company's offerings effectively. The role demands effective communication and a deep understanding of the products and their connection to Vedic sciences.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, negotiation ability, and a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of gemstones, Rudrakshas, and Vedic astrology traditions
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to product and industry specifics
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales performance standards
