Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, providing consultations on property options, coordinating property site visits, and negotiating deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires active participation in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Understanding of real estate trends and concepts, with the ability to assist clients effectively
- Negotiation skills, coupled with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work with sales software and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
