### Job Summary
Propkarmaa Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our sales team in **Sector 142, Noida**. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective clients, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful property sales.
### Key Responsibilities
* Generate and follow up on property sales leads.
* Understand customers’ requirements, budget, and property preferences.
* Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
* Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
* Stay updated with real estate projects and market trends.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and booking process.
### Requirements
* Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
* 0–3 years of experience in real estate or sales preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Good knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
