Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pune District. The Sales Associate will actively engage with clients, guide them through product selections, and provide personalized recommendations. Daily tasks will include maintaining product knowledge, managing client relationships, and supporting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Client interaction and relationship-building skills
- Sales expertise and understanding of customer needs
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in retail or interior design is a plus
