Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and staying updated on market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client management, and business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer engagement and negotiations
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on market research
- Proficiency with CRM software or other sales tools and data analysis
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with the EV industry or renewable energy sector is a plus
- Flexibility to work on-site in Mathura and ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
