Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru sarjapura /HSR . The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their preferences, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure a premium customer experience. They will manage inventory, facilitate transactions, and remain knowledgeable about the company’s product offerings and sustainability values. Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, staying updated on promotions, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Customer engagement, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sales knowledge, upselling techniques, and familiarity with retail processes
- Proficiency in inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and merchandising
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for luxury products and an understanding of sustainable practices
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
