Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Central Sales Associate. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions for their community management requirements. Responsibilities include making outbound/inbound sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, managing lead pipelines, and ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals. The Central Sales Associate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client handling, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of community management systems or prop-tech solutions is advantageous
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Prior sales experience in B2B or tech-driven solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
