Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, converting leads into successful sales, and achieving monthly targets. You will be expected to provide detailed guidance to clients about NoBroker's services, address customer inquiries effectively, and collaborate with other teams to improve customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting growth environment, significant responsibility, and active contribution to the company's expanding operations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and objection handling
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in real estate or PropTech is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of any regional language is advantageous
