We are committed to delivering seamless travel experiences through expert planning, transparent pricing, and end-to-end customer support. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and drive sales of international tour packages. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to understand client requirements and convert them into memorable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound leads for international holiday packages. Understand customer requirements and design customized travel itineraries. Promote and sell international tour packages across destinations such as Thailand, Dubai, Europe, Maldives, Bali, Singapore, etc. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth execution of bookings. Maintain accurate client records and sales reports using CRM tools. Stay updated with destination trends, hotel options, airline policies, and visa requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field (preferred). Freshers and candidates with up to 0–1 years of experience in sales/travel industry are welcome. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Passion for travel and tourism. Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
