Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Bhagalpur, with flexibility for partial remote work. In this role, daily tasks involve developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and targeting potential customers, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales goals. The Sales Associate will also monitor market trends, conduct research, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in generating leads and closing sales deals
- Knowledge of digital solutions, including web development, mobile applications, SaaS, and AI-powered tools
- Proficiency in market research, client prospecting, and strategic planning
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Adaptability to emerging market trends and customer needs
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales reporting
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the software, technology, or digital solutions industry is a plus
