Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, processing orders, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service. The role requires active collaboration and effective communication with both clients and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in managing sales processes, preparing presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in the textile or retail industry is beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
