Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Associate based in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, presenting and pitching services or products, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis to identify trends, working collaboratively with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and business development
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate insights for strategy development
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in media, marketing, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
