Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, showcasing properties, understanding customer needs, and assisting clients through the purchase process. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in market research and sales processes within the real estate domain
- Ability to negotiate effectively, address client concerns, and close deals
- Organizational skills to manage appointments, property showings, and documentation seamlessly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
