Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing customer accounts, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, handling customer queries, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets, conduct market research, and represent the company at client meetings and events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads in intended geographies for all products and services being offered by Macsen Laboratories.
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers through outbound campaigns such as tele-calling, emails, etc., to build a pipeline of new customers.
- Understand the products and services offered by Macsen Laboratories to be able to meaningfully communicate their benefits to targeted customers.
- Identify prospective customers and lucrative geographies to expand Macsens' reach through market and competitor research.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Drive other marketing campaigns through emails, content writing, etc. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements on the site.
Qualifications
- Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline (Preferably from a Science Background).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, account management, and relationship building.
- Ability to conduct market research and use analytical skills to identify growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or chemical industries is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
