Role Description
The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers for the centre’s educational courses, promoting the Centre’s educational and research offerings, and maintaining client relationships.
Key duties include meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and facilitating partnerships with organizations and individuals in the sustainability and ESG sectors. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and education teams to enhance the Centre’s outreach efforts.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Sales Associate at the M.C. Mehta Centre for Education and Research.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, clients and customers.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setup.
Proficient in using CRM software, data management systems, and digital marketing tools.
Previous experience in edtech sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or certification in sustainability or ESG is an advantage.
Understanding of sustainability, ESG principles, and environmental law is highly beneficial.
