Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will engage customers to provide personalized recommendations, maintain the showroom’s visual presentation, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include providing product information, managing customer inquiries, building relationships with clients, and supporting the team to ensure an exceptional retail experience. The role also involves actively identifying sales opportunities and assisting with inventory management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with customers
- Sales and customer service experience, including the ability to meet sales goals
- Knowledge of home decor or luxury merchandise is preferred
- Organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a retail team environment
- Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Professional demeanour and passion for luxury aesthetics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, retail, or a related field is a plus
