Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Jahangirabad. The Sales Associate will actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, addressing customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and assisting in store operations. The role also involves managing inventory, creating displays, and providing an excellent customer service experience to build brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Customer service expertise and a passion for providing a positive shopping experience
• Organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining store displays
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous sales or retail experience is a plus
• Familiarity with consumer electronics or home appliances is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in a related field are a bonus
