Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Varanasi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable LIC products. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and educating clients about life insurance benefits and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer service and relationship management skills that build trust and ensure client satisfaction
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for explaining products and policies clearly
- Basic knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify potential leads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages is highly beneficial
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
