We’re looking for confident, energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates who enjoy fashion, meeting people and creating memorable shopping experiences.

.* Understand customer preferences, requirements and style
.* Recommend products based on individual needs
.* Drive individual and store sales targets
.* Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
.* Maintain premium store presentation and visual merchandising standards
.* Assist with billing, POS and day-to-day store operations
.* Stay updated on new collections, products and offers
.* Keep racks, displays and the store floor organised and customer-ready

.* Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; English will be an advantage

.* Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts
.* Freshers are welcome — attitude, communication and willingness to learn matter more than experience

💰 Compensation
:
₹1.8 – ₹3.0 LPA Fixed + Performance-Based Incentive
