Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will engage with clients to understand their financial needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive sales of the company’s diverse financial products and services. The responsibilities include client relationship management, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver efficient and comprehensive financial solutions is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical skills for understanding financial products, market trends, and client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant financial tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Prior experience in the financial services or sales sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Highly motivated, with the capability to thrive in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
