Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets for aluminium and UPVC windows and doors. Daily tasks include consulting with potential customers, providing product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and providing product consultations
- Negotiation and Persuasion skills to close deals and build lasting client partnerships
- Knowledge of UPVC and aluminium window and door products, as well as an understanding of the construction or building materials industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the doors and windows industry or construction materials is a plus
