Job Description – Real Estate Sales Associate
Location: Pernem
Department: Sales
Open Positions: Level 2 & Level 3
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Associates to join our growing team in Pernem. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a passion for sales and real estate.
Both experienced local candidates and outstation candidates are welcome to apply.
Position: Real Estate Sales Associate – Level 2Key Responsibilities
- Handle property inquiries from walk-in and online leads
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Graduate preferred

Position: Real Estate Sales Associate – Level 3Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-value client interactions and property sales
- Lead site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
- Generate and manage sales pipeline independently
- Mentor junior sales associates when required
- Build relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Requirements
- 3–6 years of real estate sales experience
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Graduate/MBA preferred
