Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Central Delhi/ or Gurgaon office. The responsibilities of the role include assisting management to market the spaces and create a pipeline of visitors on site to close the deal.
The candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, arrange property viewings, negotiate sales agreements, and ensure smooth transactions while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Customer Service and Sales abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Manage leads on an organized format like a CRM.
