Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, headquartered in Chennai with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will focus on identifying and nurturing client relationships, managing sales pipelines, generating leads, and achieving revenue targets. They will also provide tailored solutions to clients, maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in active listening, written and verbal communication, and relationship-building.
- Sales and Negotiation Expertise: Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales pipeline management, and closing deals effectively.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, meet deadlines, and manage records efficiently.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Aptitude for understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Sales Software Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales management tools is preferred.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Capability to assess challenges and adapt strategies to meet clients’ evolving requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
