Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Other responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. The role involves collaborating with team members and staying updated on the latest industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
