Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, identifying their health insurance needs, and matching them with appropriate coverage options. Key responsibilities include client outreach, conducting consultations, product presentations, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. The role requires proactive communication, organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships
- Sales experience, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing techniques
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking and maintaining customer data
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus
- Knowledge of health insurance policies, especially under the Affordable Care Act, is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
