Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time on-site role based in Tirupati, responsible for driving admissions and training services for Harsha Informatics. This role involves engaging prospective learners and corporate clients, explaining course offerings and value propositions, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining positive relationships to convert inquiries into enrollments. The Sales Associate will manage walk-in and phone inquiries, handle basic documentation related to registrations, and coordinate with the training team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily activities include updating sales records, preparing simple reports, supporting promotional activities, and representing the organization professionally in all interactions. The role requires a strong customer focus, an interest in education and technology, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical training offerings in clear, accessible language.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, including handling walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups with prospective learners and clients.
- Basic sales and marketing abilities, such as lead generation, inquiry handling, and supporting promotional or outreach activities.
- Organizational and documentation skills to manage admissions records, maintain accurate data, and prepare simple sales reports.
- Comfort using computers and common office tools; familiarity with IT or software training environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirupati, collaborate with training and administrative teams, and maintain a learner-centered mindset.
- Educational background in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in sales or counseling roles will also be considered.
