Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ujjain. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth. Key tasks include crafting tailored sales presentations, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to refine sales strategies and align client requirements with company offerings is also a fundamental part of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales strategies, client acquisition, lead generation, and account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Experience in CRM tools, market research, and sales analytics.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in software or technology sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
