Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching Freudia's services, and acquiring new customers. Additionally, the Associate will manage relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities for upselling, and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Other day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining sales records, achieving individual and team targets, and reporting progress to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
- Communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other basic office software
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
