Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with pharmaceutical and healthcare product inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting store operations, working closely with team members to meet sales goals, and fostering a customer-focused shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist customers and build relationships
- Basic sales and negotiation skills to help promote products and achieve sales targets
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage product inventory and store operations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of basic pharmaceutical products and knowledge of healthcare essentials is an advantage
- Proficiency in common computer systems and inventory management software is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in pharmacy-related fields is a plus
