Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting company products or services, negotiating deals, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's overall growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, lead generation, and account management
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other sales software
- Ability to conduct market research, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a remote work environment or startups is a plus
